Hello! Hello! Helllooooo!!!!

I am so excited to be writing this!!!!  I honestly NEVER thought my life would ever take the course it’s on now. Not saying that I don’t like the direction it’s headed, matter a fact I LOVE it! It’s just not exactly what I had planned. But that’s life, constantly throwing curveballs at you. Anway…I guess I should introduce myself.

I’m Trinity Tenney, but Trin for short. I’m 16 and will be graduating high school this spring. I love reading and watching TV but mostly reading. I’m a HUGE bookworm. When I’m not reading I’m usually doing things I’m forced to do, like chores and school. BLEH!!!

I was born into a Christian home and was called into the missions field when I was young…Like at the age of 12 or 13 young. Not bad just another curveball in my life, again messing with my plans. But HEY, I’m over it. Because of that I now have the greatest opportunity of my life, being apart of the World Race Gap Year program. Though if someone were to ask me “why?” I chose the World Race out of all the programs out there, I would have to tell them that there is not a real answer to that. Because I honestly accidentally found it. I wanted to do a small summer missions trip before I started college in the fall and came across Adventures in Missions small summer programs. Through some accidental clicks of my mouse, I found the World Race promotional video. I was actually so emotional I cried and took that as a sign. Good thing I did because you wouldn’t be reading this now. So YAYYYY!!

Now if someone were to ask me what I was hoping to get out of the Race, well that is an easy answer for me. I want to be who God created me to be. And since I’m so young and have ABSOLUTELY so idea what/who that is I want to have real-life experiences under my belt in order to see what/who God created. Which is probably because I have no idea who I am. I don’t see what God does, nor do I understand why God has chosen me to be a missionary. Taking this trip, experiencing life, is how I want to better understand what/who God has created.

That got deep, I know…sorry. Which is why I’m gonna move on to something a bit more lighthearted. How about 10 Random Facts about me????
